Project 1201 were retained by a private development fund to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the project involving extensive structural opening up, lowering of floor levels, a new perforated brick and glass dedicated entrance and associated stair and lift access. On completion the project will provide circa 4,500 sq. ft of modern, desirable office space to CAT-B for immediate rental.</image:caption>
